For purposes of this License, if you have a valid single-use license, you have the right to use a single "Licensed Copy" of LQ; if you or your organisation has a valid multi-user license, then you or your organisation have/has the right to use up to a number of "Licensed Copies" of LQ equal to the number of uses indicated in the documents issued by The T.T.S.L Company Limited when granting the license.
All rights of any kind in LQ, which are not expressly granted in this License, are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by The T.T.S.L Company Limited. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create worked based on, LQ.
Warranty Disclaimers and Liability Limitations
LQ and any and all accompanying software, files, data and materials are distributed and provided 'as is' and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. All LQ files are scanned for viruses however it is encumbered on the License holder to ensure that there systems are equally secure. It is recommended you have the appropriate antivirus protection before using the LQ product and you hereby assume the entire risk of using the program. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of this License.
Any liability of The T.T.S.L Company Limited will be limited exclusively to refund of purchase price, if any. In addition in no event shall The T.T.S.L Company Limited, or its principles, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organisations, be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever relating to the use of LQ, or to your relationship with The T.T.S.L Company Limited.
In addition, in no event does The T.T.S.L Company Limited authorise you to use LQ in applications or systems where LQ's failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a significant physical injury, or in loss of life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk and you agree to hold The T.T.S.L Company Limited harmless from any and all claims or losses relating to such unauthorised use.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any default due to any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Company including, but not limited to, Acts of God, war, civil unrest, riot, strike, lock-out, acts of civil or military authorities, fire flood, earthquake or shortage of supply.
Data Protection Act 1998
By accepting this agreement you are giving The T.T.S.L Company Limited permission to process and hold data on you. In line with the Data Protection Act 1998 T.T.S.L will ensure that all personal data is processed fairly and lawfully, processed for limited purposes and not in a manner incompatible with those purposes and kept securely, protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised or unlawful processing.
General
This license is the complete statement of the agreement between the parties on the subject matter and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. This License shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
